Individuals contacting our office on behalf of a student must have the student's university ID (unid), FERPA PIN, and be listed on the student's FERPA Form.

Documents with personal identifiable information cannot be accepted over email. Please upload documents through our forms page. If you are unable to use the uploader, documents can be mailed, faxed, or delivered in person to our office.
