A scholarship for nonresident high school seniors who will be entering freshmen, based on GPA and ACT/SAT test scores.

Application Information: No separate scholarship application required. Complete the admissions process by December 1.

Additional Application Requirements: Merit scholarship consideration will be based on the ACT/SAT test score with which students are admitted. Results from tests taken after the official October test date, initial or retakes, will not be taken into consideration for scholarship eligibility.
Award: Annual Award: Resident-portion tuition for two semesters (fees not included). The recipient pays the difference between resident and nonresident tuition. Nonrenewable.
Deadline: Complete admissions process by December 1.
Other Requirements: Due to limited funds, the University can offer awards only to the top applicants whose admissions materials are received on time. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all required documents are on file at the University by the December 1 priority application date. Any remaining Merit Scholarship funds will be awarded to applicants who have completed the admissions process between Dec. 2 and Feb. 1.
