A scholarship for resident transfer students with a high cumulative GPA who have completed a Utah two-year college program or its equivalent. Residents who have completed a two-year program in a non-Utah school will be considered for scholarships on a case-by-case basis depending on fund availability.

| Additional Application Requirements: | Applicants who have previously attended the University of Utah will not be considered for Transfer Scholarships. |
| Award: | Annual Award: A sum of $5,000 is awarded toward the cost of tuition annually for a maximum of four semesters or until the student receives a baccalaureate degree, whichever comes first. |
| Terms: | Renewable - Full time enrollment (minimum of 12 hours) is required for disbursement of any scholarship award. Recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 and complete 24 hours of course work (20 of which must be graded) during their first two semesters. Grades are reviewed after the second semester. All other previous recipients will be held to their original offer of maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.7 . |
